Red Ribbon Resale is a thrift store. All merchandise is donated. We cannot purchase items for resale or accept items on consignment without jeopradizing our non-profit status. Since we are a non-profit organization, we are not required to charge South Carolina's 6% sales tax, which is another way our customers can save.
